corner of mn, can see ia and sd from the silo | im one of those 20 something yr olds and Ive heard a few times from older farmers that there always a chance in everyones life to buy land, I had a chance when i was in college but couldnt find anyone to give me a loan. since land around here has jumped $3000 an acre and I would just like if I could generate enough money off the land with no profit to make the p and i payment without having to add $300 an acre to the payment. I wouldnt worry about the cash rent thing though, If you can't afford it no one else that keeps track of what they are making off of it can afford it either. |
