Dagmar, MT | Ed I'm too young to remember the NFO days but my dad, who's probably about your age, was harassed almost daily to join up when he first started farming. One of my landlords was real active at the time, lots of those "NFO, collective bargaining" signs around his place. I recall him in the mid 90s still offering these cars of durum for about twice the going rate. Never any takers. There isn't a one of those guys still actively farming in these parts.
