Subject: who buys the wheat?

SEON
When I deliver wheat to the local elevator, he takes it to a great lakes port and a ship picks it up. The elevators are blaming the "millers" for the low basis. They say "The millers refuse to pay more than $200/tonne". I'd like to contact these millers to see if this is true. I'd like to see if they will allow me to contract to them and at what basis and deliver into he great lakes ports myself.

Where is that ship going?
