southern MN		I had an unsigned contract sitting on my counter for 3 weeks, think it was $9.30 beans maybe less. They are $10:11 now.

I signed it & sent it in, felt bad I let it sit so long.

It's my word, not going to mess with that. 9:30 was good enough for me then, that's all there is to that.
