ND | I called an elevator a couple years (2008) and contracted some spring wheat. Was busy at the time and didn't realize I never recieved a contract in the mail from them. In the mean time prices about doubled and elevator i sold with had a fire. Harvest rolls around and I remembered making the sell, but never got a formal contract. They are still recovering from the fire and are not taking in any grain. What would you have done in those shoes? | |
