sw ontario | ---for landlords on a sharecrop agreement I wouldn't price his unless he asked,,,would price it day delivered..on elevator contract question about 20 years ago when shipping soys in fall I got credit for 1 extra semi load...corrected it with them,they just thought i had extra load too terminal,couple years later same elevator I forward contracted beans and when delivered in fall price was $1 bu. less than my contract which they forgot too record and i never thought about but they took my word and gave me the extra$1 bu. no questions (owners wife did contract over phone and same day did some with co-op sa I knew the day and time but was sloppy in not calling when no contract came) | |
