Southeast Colorado | I have one landlord who has me handle all of his marketing on his share. I told him that I was not all that comfortable selling my own stuff, let alone his. He is completely understanding though and has always lived with my good decisions and bad. The way we do it, is that I figure my average price on all the farms that I sell grain from, then multiply that price by his share of bushels. As you can tell by our arrangement, we have total trust in each other. He and his wife are long time friends of ours. | |
