...and the Chinese are swapping dollars for raw commodity as soon as those checks clear! Why the heck would they want to own dollars??? They want to swap dollars for tangible goods! Raw commodity purchases aren't a "feed the people" ploy, it is a political, economic and strategic move no different than owning gold coin, bullets and guns.
