East River SoDak | Name me one bull with a milk epd of 50 or 60. Do you realize that 878 bull you love so much is also one of the HIGHEST milk epd bulls in the breed? You rip on these make believe people who use these make believe 50 or 60 milk epd bulls......but in reality you are the one using these high milk bulls (which lead to hard-doing cattle). Now if you have your own set of make believe in house numbers you assign to bulls say so, but that's like me saying i'm 8 feet tall but then you realize there are only 9 inches the foot i use. I don't tout precision cattle. I think the angus breed is doing an excellent job of cleaning up their mess. But all people like you do is spread fear around by spreading information that isn't true. These defects have been around for years. You are hearing about it now because of gene and dna testing.
