You better have an apron or you will have a mud hole 4 foot deep along the bunk and nothing will be able to eat out of them because they won't be able to reach in them. Check out past posts of ahay's aprons he just put in. He probably paid for them in one turn this year by buy calves last fall and selling them recently. backgrounding was really good money this last winter.
