Thanks Dave.  I've done a google search for WISP Cheyenne WY; I get some hits but cannot find a WISP provider in the area - the one good hit had a web page not current since 2004 and a disconnected phone number.  One other hit was for a papge no longer available, maybe that says a lot about demand in the area.

Where to you get the signal, from a high speed fiber optic cable?  How do I go about finding someone to provide a signal with sufficient bandwidth to start a WISP?

I do have DSL running past the house (but not the tower location); my best choice may be to hook up to the DSL.  I was hoping to trade usage of my tower for a top notch connection.
