| I really don't know the answer to that question. I know it penetrates brick, wood, trees, etc. Whenever I want to try technology that's "too new", I grab something on ebay or newegg.com and give it a try. If it doesn't work out, I list it on eBay and try something else. That way I get most of my money back.
There's a great website I visit frequently at www.techbargains.com
It's basically a bulletin board where people post technology deals from many different companies. Everything from LCD TVs to PCs to networking gear, etc. If you're not in much of a hurry, I'd pop over to that website every day or so and wait for one of the .11n routers to go on sale.
Newegg.com is another great place to shop for tech gadgets. Very low prices and a nice wide selection. Whatever I don't get from Dell, I get from them.
