Does the initial router (hooked to ethernet) need an outside antennae? Again-laptop only shows 2 bars of signal when 50' outside of shop...but about 200' from xmitting wireless G.

So-would antennae on receiving router allow better signal than the 2 bars that laptop shows?

In photo below, you can see what I'm trying to do for distance. First wireless router is in house (in photo right) and wireless laptop will be in shop, which is the square green w/white roof shed. Dx is 250-300'. Hope this helps
