Yeah, I always get several packages of minute steaks when we take a steer to the locker too.  They're great for a quick sandwich for lunch or late supper when we're in the field.  Cook up fast and tasty, and beats a lunchmeat sandwich anytime. 

Usually get several packages of stew meat too, as we like stew in the winter.  If there are any packages left over by the next time we're ready to butcher, I'll cook it and grind it up for beef salad sandwiches.  Ummmm!!
