Your butcher should be able to help you decide with decisions on sizes and cuts,etc, depending on how many in your family and what you prefer. The more you request done, the more costly the processing will be i.e. hamburger patties or bulk. cubed steaks or not, extra boning,etc. I envy you,sitting here and thinking about those ribeyes. lol.
