| We love Onstar. The one thing that hasn't been mentioned is the diagnostics ability. If your check engine light comes on, push the button and they will tell you what is wrong and if you need to have it checked soon or not. They will also get you a priority appointment at the dealership instead of you waiting in a few day to few weeks line. We were told we would have to wait a week once to get in to the shop and we called Onstar and they fit us in that day. This capability is really handy when traveling and in an unfamiliar place.
