Pinatubo erupted in November of 1991. The spring of 1992 was very similar to the spring of 2023. Dry and warm throughout the entire cornbelt. Dry and warm june and it started to rain first week of July . July and august where cooler than normal. Very large yields cornbelt wide. Current weather pattern is nothing like 1992.
