There are worse places to live than rural Mississippi. Fair warning - you will always be "that feller from somewhere else" but you will rarely, if ever, be mistreated.
Edit to add: Houses on both sides of me are on the market. One, an elderly lady moved into a nursing home. The other, a young couple with two kids are selling. Don't know why.
Now Tim, what's common between those two? If another neighbor moves out you better start asking yourself what you've said or done! Kidding of course but I couldn't pass it up!
