Glasgow, Ky | Well Don, I was 56 when I moved from your area to Glasgow in 2006. Wife and I noticed that Glasgow area was much like the Elizbethtown 20 or so years ago when we moved here. Honestly this area hasn't changed that much since we moved here. Wish I could say the sme about Glendale/Etown. Rented my land out up there a couple of years ago and seldom go up there anymore. It has just changed so much. Industry moving in along with all kind of residential development. For several years I regretted moving. Now it has changed so much it does not seem like home anymore. I understand why you feel like you do.
Bowling Green is experiencing the same kind of growth that E-town and is changing too, not necessarily for the better from my perspective. This old man likes peace and quiet anymore in this rural area.
