1.  There are places technically in I-States that have soil types and weather patterns and yield variability much more similar to, say, Missouri.   

2.  I have Libra grain cart scales and weigh everything that leaves the combine.  Welcome to the 21st century.

3.  Way up above, the OP said he has been more aggressively forward selling what he sends down the road at harvest and not doing the same for what goes in his bins.   I was elaborating on            reasons why that may be the case.     Perhaps a coloring book would be more helpful in explaining that to you, if you can refrain from eating the crayons.
