You have to make your best estimate of how much basis improvements you can gain. Then with HTA’s you can gain futures carry. How many points per bushel are you removing? There is money to be made in drying and shrink. How timely is your harvest? It’s been discussed infinitely, bins have absolutely nothing to do with the flat price. They are a profit center based on everything I just stated.
