It has nothing to do with 5-10% or 40% its all about how you make money from the bushels once they are in the bin, no different then an elevator. You can have 40% of production unpriced using the board and not owning a physical bushel. Physical bushels are all about basis and carry. There is a massive industry that does storage professionally, if there was a better way to make money at it I'm sure they would be doing it.
