If he works 8 hours a day, and sleeps 8 hours a day, that still leaves 8 hours with his family less commuting time.
Call me jaded, but I have seen way to many people abuse the 'family leave' stuff, using the excuse that they are needed at home to help with the baby, and then see vacation pictures from Bermuda or somewhere with their new baby. | |
