| I'm half joking and half asking for discussion. How is a net worth tax any different than property tax? The poor don't pay income taxes anyway, or get refunds back as big or bigger than they paid in. Property tax is essentially a net worth tax anyway. Then you could really soak it to the rich. Most of Elon, Bill, and Jeff's billions of dollars are wrapped up in net worth. Can't tax income when they technically don't have much.
