Roads --- yes.
Drainage --- If the land is in a drainage district that is assessed separately from ordinary property taxes. We don't have a single acre that is in a drainage district, none of it is drained by county ditch or tile.
Fire protection ---- yes, that is collected by the township through property taxes. It is a very very very small amount of the property tax bill.
Weed and tree removal --- I've never seen the county spray any weeds or take care of any trees outside of the ROW.
Care to address the 800 lb gorilla in the room that accounts for nearly 60% of the property tax bill by itself? I've never seen a kid enter a public school that was raised on a bare 80.
