Torn mine 12 years ago. Wasn’t painful if I didn’t move it but it was locked on a 45 degree angle. Was annoying as heck. Took a few weeks to get all the x rays, MRI and consultations the insurance company wanted. When I woke up from surgery it was the best feeling ever being able to bend my knee again. Felt great every sense.
