nc IA | Medial meniscus tear during football, didn't know at the time, they just xrayed and said to rest / wait. Would want to 'lock up" a couple times / year aftewards and be very painful for a while. About 8 years later I had surgery, arthroscopic. He went in a trimmed off the flap of the tear. That was about 18 years ago almost. Really haven't had any issues since with it. I'm likely to end up with arthritis in in as I get older, but it's worked for many many years without a replacement. | |
