If you have intakes open to the air, yes water will bubble up in high rainfall. But all underground, I think the upper area drains last.
No. I’ve seen and dealt with first hand what happens with overloaded tiles. The excess water goes away from the higher elevations first. Even without intakes water will come up out of the ground on the lower elevations. |
