Mosinee Wi | I had s logger do 40 acres . Signed a estimate of what was in the woods of 30000.00. He had three years to harvest it. When they did finally show up they said the market was up and there was more than expected. Ended up with 43000.00. The catch was he said he could not pay all of it at one time. We sat down figured out a payment plan and every Saturday there was a check in the mail till payed off. That was great because if I would have got paid in one lump sum I probably would have blown it on something I really didn't need. | |
