Hendricks MN | Across state lines, use different companies, different farm LLCs. One year I had an adjuster tell me he takes care of a claim for a farmer on the MN/ND border ever year, soybeans one year and corn the next. When he was at a training meeting meet an adjuster from ND that also had a farm file every year, corn one year and beans the next. Both knew what was going on but couldn't do anything about it. Insurance companies are backed by the government so no real need to go after bad apples. Take the government backing they will start to care about the fraud. | |
