For the past 15 yrs. there has been land inflation (machinery also) so Net worth's have looked good even if things did not cash flow .Guys could cash out and still pay off creditors. This may change.
For us who farmed through the '80's it was surprising to see some farms foreclosed on that on the outside looked great . Forced sales were the norm for auctions
