| I am not qualified to judge the intricacies of New York state law, but it is good to see that you have gone through the eleven week trial transcripts and millions of financial documents. The fact is this is guilt of fraud deemed worthy by a court. To pass judgement based by media sound bites and because the defendant claims innocence is laughable and dangerous. (Doesn’t everyone in prison claim innocence?).
