Pure BS. Black's Law Dictionary defines fraud as decieving or misleading someone TO THEIR DETRIMENT. In other words there has to be a victim. That is why here are independent appraisers and bank examiners. The people accusing fraud either have to be the dumbest people on the planet or have never gotten a loan.
