Subject: RE: Boersen is not alone

Multiple family members maybe the case in some operations but I have seen “greedy” operations who can’t get enough land hiring 18-20 year old kids for $20 an hour to run million dollar tractors and always on Facebook looking for help. They don’t pay enough and treat people like garbage is why they are always looking. In the meantime, the head honcho drives around in a 100k pickup “managing” the operation and never gets his hands dirty. The public in general is tired of making peanuts working for large operations who make money off their back. This younger generation isn’t having it. Thus why we can’t find skilled trade workers that are worth a damn or show up to work.
