iowa | I am calling this lawyer BS. There is no lawyer that is going to say a new tenant can take the old tenants crop without a judges authorization. If the old tenant left his combine and two borrowed so in the partially harvested field, could the new tenant take those too?
The new tenant should not be sticking his nose into this situation. The contract was between the old tenant and the landlord. | |
