I picked up a new farm for 2024, however, the previous tenant still has his corn crop out. Attorneys are involved and he has until the end of February to get them out. We have got a lot of rain lately and more coming next week. He tried to get to them one day and left ruts everywhere, a complete mess. The attorney has been in contact with him and he knows he has until end of the month but it won’t happen, especially with the soft ground and a major mess for me.

Has anyone been through anything like this before? If so, any tips or guidance on how to handle this? The landlord doesn’t want to upset anyone…
