northeast ohio | If you are in the pathway described then industrial development is likely the best alternate. The city will try to pay you a minimum, go after six and seven figure infrastructure grants and then give half or more of the tax dollars away to get a company that’s long term income tax revenue to them. If it’s in their future it’s probably in the economic development plan and you can play the solar card to get more dollars.
