Been offered $1,800 per acre on as short as a ten year lease and as high as $36,000 per acre to buy the land outright. Might consider it at 40+. Land is bringing 20-25,000 here. No interest in getting involve in any type of lease with these guys. Already hearing horror stories and they have only been here about 2 years.
