So “IF” they abide by the 30 yr contract then what you do in 31 years from now. Look at a dilapidated solar field with property taxes. Today 30 years might seem like a long time but it will be here before you know it. Think I’d look into some sort of 1031 exchange. And it doesn’t necessarily have to be farmland.
