3 wires of high tensile top and bottom hot center hook to ground wire. Fiberglass line posts with heavy corners whatever material you got, even steel with concrete will pull out if not done with a good brace and some still pull out. No reason not to use a solar charger with a minimum of 6 joule fencer. Use plenty of ground wires and go deep with the rods. If you ground center wire you can have grounds through out the entire fence. Bottom wire hot not only keeps from critter stretching under the fence but also can control grass from growing into the fence, it wont kill the grass just gives it a hair cut
