our steers are mostly black Angus with some Herferd and a little bit of short-horned mixed in. I was wondering if we could feed a heavy ration of silage when there young and then finishing time switch them over to a high corn diet.
Also, we haul a lot of corn to ethanol plants would it be worth looking into bringing a load of DDG's back with us instead of grinding corn
