NEMO | Like a lot of folks on here, we grew up with no frills and a lot of food came off the farm. We mostly ate pork because beef was more valuable to sell. On the rare occasion we had beef, nothing was wasted. Mom just boiled it and seasoned with salt and pepper. Boil it, skin it and slice it up about a 1/4 inch. Some would call it tough, I wouldn't, but it has a chew to it. It has it's own flavor, I think it's good. You'll either like it, or probably not at all | |
