NE Iowa | Snowed in and dug through freezer and found a beef tongue. I remember seeing some recipes or at least cooking suggestions on here sometime ago but a search didn't turn up anything. I have never prepared beef tongue but remembered thinking I should try it after reading this forum and had it saved the last time we butchered but didn't think enough to save any of those posts. Any help got a first timer would be appreciated! | |
