Near-north Ontario, French River | I like this idea... make it clear to the young man that you are proud of his accomplishments , that he seems to really know what hes doing AND if he every needs some help that he is free to call and ask. Build his confidence but let him know you are there to fall back on if he comes upon something that has his stumped. Thats basically what my dad did with me, although he didn't speak those words. When I took over he didn't question by decisions but was always there to offer an opinion if I asked. Worked out great and we got along great. |
