Thumb of Michigan | My first thought as I read your post is that you might need to have a heart to heart conversation. AND you listen to his answer to this question. "If you want my help/opinion/idea what is the best way for you to let me to know?" This way you are being a better mentor, without overstepping your boundaries that he is sitting, while giving him the opportunity to succeed/fail on his own. I'm not saying it's going to be easy for you to do, but it's my opinion. | |
