We used to have a restaurant that served those that made the bun look tiny. They were really good. Since to control my blood sugar I avoid bread and breading now we no longer eat breaded meat so none for me for about five years. But they are definitely tasty. We do quite a bit of pork tenderloin at home, but no breading.
