Some of the fast food chains will do a "wrap" in lieu of a bun. They put a big piece of lettuce wrapped around the burger so a person can still eat it with fingers instead of a fork. At Farm to Market they just put it on a plate for me and I eat it like a hamburger steak. Mall Deli in Pittsburg does the same for me but they do not fry eggs so I have to substitute a boiled egg when I eat there. Braums triple cheeseburger add bacon works pretty well. No fried egg there so I get two triple cheeseburgers, wife eats the double and I take the extra patty so have 4 third pound patties with cheese. That is about right for me with no other side, a pound and a third of meat before cooking and I suppose around a pound after cooking with three slices of cheese.
