Dad doesn’t need to retire… I just think he’s overworked and overrun with things… Trying to see the best way for me to assist or get started…
If he can’t get it done without you, and you working for free is causing rifts in the family, he needs to change something. He must either buy bigger equipment, hire more (paid) help, or cut back. He needs to choose, or you choose for him by taking your acres and labor elsewhere. Don’t let continuing as-is be an option.
