Conger, MN | I wonder if you could be getting upset over just a misunderstanding.
You said you know the account was yours, but don't explain how you know that. There are numerous different ways a parent can handle bank accounts.
For example, if you "know" it was yours because you had check-writing authority, that does not necessarily translate to ownership upon the parent's death. One child can have check-writing authority, and another is named as a POD recipient.
There are not enough details to say if someone did something wrong. | |
