I suspect this is an account that a parent had & they had his name on as well & the parent has passed. Probably the parent had intended for his sister & him to split the money after they passed. Legally, yes its his if the sister's name wasn't on the account, but morally the thing to do is divide the money. Ive seen it happen both ways. Like I said, just questing.
